Chairman Carroll called the meeting at order at
UNFINISHED BUSINESS – Commissioner Heyn brought a hand written statement pointing out several ordinance violations that have been brought to the attention of the Board, but have not been acted upon. He would like to see a list of violations kept along with records and a “check-off “when the violation is resolved. Commissioner W. Shafer presented a file of letters sent in reference to violations. Chairman Carroll related that since the Planning Commission spends much time, effort and expense revising the ordinance, it should be enforced more rigorously.
NEW BUSINESS –Ed Heyn brought up the problem of signs in the
road right-of-way at
Commissioner Lippert asked if anyone had addressed the cars
for sale on
Much discussion was focused on the Worthenbury rental operating without a Special Use Permit. It s felt that Mr. Salisbury needs to submit an application for a Special Use to come into compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
