UNFINISHED BUSINESS

With the disposition of the Bed and Breakfast/Short term Rental recommended Amendments to the Zoning Administration, the current Unfinished Business has been resolved.

NEW BUSINESS – NONE

PUBLIC COMMENT –

Secretary Newcomer mentioned it was good the Commission had been already working on the Bed and Breakfast/Short term rental amendments to the Ordinance before the Singer Lake incidents occurred – it demonstrated we’re attempting to be pro-active instead of re-active in addressing the concerns of the Township residents.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.  The next meeting of the Planning Commission will be July 9, 2007, at 6:30 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

John A. Newcomer, secretary

Baroda Township Planning Commission
