Meeting Dates for: Baroda Township
Board - Third Monday of each
month 7:30p.m. at the Baroda Township Municipal Building. Baroda-Lake
Police Board – Second Monday every two months alternating between
Baroda and Lake Township Municipal Buildings. Fire Department
– Second and Last Mondays of each month 6:30 p.m. at the Baroda Fire
Station. Planning Commission – Second Monday of each month 6:30
at the Baroda Municipal Building. Fire Board – The
first Wednesday of each Quarter. Next Meeting October 5. 7:30 pm at the
Fire Station Baroda Township
Planning Commission – Second Monday of each month 6:30 p.m. at the
Baroda Township Municipal Building. Garbage Pick Up
- Thursday each week. Please place
your roll cart(s) at the curb by 5am Thursday morning. State law prohibits picking up building materials and
yard waste. Yard waste and
Building materials may be taken to the South East County Landfill at
Chamberlain Rd. ½ mile from US 12/ US 31 interchange, Bertrand Twp. for a

Recycling is recommended by using yellow recycling bags and green yard
waste bags available at the Township Office. Large Trash
Pick Up– Thursday October 14,
2010 and Thursday, April14,
2011 Limit is ¾ ton pick-up load per household. No appliances containing Freon gas.
Such items must have a certificate attached to indicate that the
appliance is Freon-free. No
leaves, tree limbs, tires, large car parts or building materials will be
picked up. Please see note above for disposal of such items. Cemetery Clean
Up – April 10-15 and October15-20 Please remove all decoration prior
to these dates. Decorations may be reset after April 15, and after

bills are mailed out the first week of July for Summer School taxes. They will be due by September 14. Tax bills are mailed out the First
week of December for the Winter Township taxes. They will be due by February 14. For more information please click Tax Letter Page. Dog Licenses – December
– February at the Municipal Building or if you received a
computer copy of your dog license, it may be submitted for renewal along
with your winter tax payment. Send
your check, computer form and vaccination certificate. Please make checks payable to “Baroda
Township”. Your license and your
computer copy will be returned by mail.
At any time during the year, a dog license may be obtained from
the Berrien Co. Dog Pound. Mail
your check payable to “Berrien County”, along with your computer copy and
vaccination certificate to Berrien Co. Dog Pound, 9204 Huckleberry Rd.,
Berrien Center MI 49102. You may also purchase them at the Berrien
Veterinary Clinic, located at the corner of Shawnee and Hills Rd. in

be held May 4, 2010. Bridgman
School elections have been moved to November in conjunction with the
General Election. The August Primary Election will be held August 2,
